Bought some furniture through Early Settlers in Innaloo and needed to have it delivered to our house. There were seven pieces of large furniture made from solid oak and extremely heavy. My husband rang them as Early Settlers gave their business card to us and our furniture was delivered the following day. Delivery included pick up from the store and delivery into our house. We have a very steep driveway and the owner and his staff were extremely friendly courteous and very safety orientated especially when it came to shifting the heavy furniture, so they did not injure themselves. I would thoroughly recommend him and will use him again. The cost was extremely reasonable.

Bought a secondhand car with them end of last year. Their service is excellent and when I went to pick up the car, they were excellent in their explanation of the paperwork, i.e. warranty, etc and then showed me how everything worked in the car. I would definitely go to them again, or recommend family/friends to this business.

We bought fridge filters for our Samsung fridge over the website. Easy to navigate and the products were delivered quickly and were very happy with their service.

Had to have an eye test as I had not been there for a few years and also the medication I am on can cause problems. Was able to make an appt for the next day and did not have to wait long to see the optometrist and he was very caring and spent a lot of time explaining any concerns I had and any problems that could be experienced with the medications. Glasses were available the next week, bit expensive for the glasses, but all glasses are anyway, and good service overall.

I had to book accommodation for myself as an additional person for previously booked accommodation and add an extra day. They were very friendly, and there were no hassles in cancelling the previous booking and rebooking for an extra person and day. Thoroughly recommend.

My dog has a lump on her back which has increased in size over the last few weeks. I rang on Sat and had an appt made for Mon morning. They were extremely friendly and caring over the phone, as we lost a dog a few years ago with cancer and I was extremely worried. When I took my dog to her appt, they were on time and very caring. She has a skin infection and gave her an antibiotic injection, medication and special dog wash. Extremely caring, and my dog loves (which is unusual for any dog!!) going there.

My daughter needed a new timing belt for her car and when I rang them they were extremely courteous, polite and made an appt for the very next day. Took only 5 hours and they also rang me before they replaced any parts, i.e. 2 new fan belts and also the price. Extremely pleased with the cost of the repairs as we expected them to be much more expensive. Great small business have recommended them to all her friends.
