Have been wanting to try Mama Mia for a long time, eventually had the chance to go recently.

While the menu prices looked a little pricey at first glance, when the pizza was brought out you could definitely justify the price.

Though not absolutely loaded with toppings like other places that sell pizza in the $20 range, the flavor was definitely far better than any other pizza I've had - perhaps ever! and VERY filling!

Ingredients were fresh and extremely tasty, the pizza base made in from scratch right in front of your very eyes. We were also told that they use only real Italian ingredients in the dough.

Not only that but the service is absolutely fantastic. The chef even made the kids their own little 'love heart' pizzas to take away after we'd finished the meals.

In the end, for a table of 4 adults and 2 children it was only $75 which included a meal for each child, so in the end it was incredibly fantastic value. Can't wait to go again.

I've finally found the best pizza restaurant and it's in my own suburb!

I first tried this place with my mum on mother's day, and was blown away by how great they were. I couldn't believe that such a good restaurant was located so far out in the burbs, and was equally impressed when I returned recently.

This is what I imagine traditional Italian food to be like, fresh ingredients, simple flavours (done well) and not overcrowded by 1000s of ingredients. The prices are reasonable, but the food was so good I wouldn't have cared it if cost more.

We got the antipasto platter which was large enough for 3 people to share, followed by a very large and delicious pizza and a generously sized plate of pasta.

I would recommend ordering a couple of dishes and sharing as the sizes are ample and you really want to experience as much of the menu as you can!!
