the service here can be abit slow but that seems to be due to lack of staff. the food is fresh and of a high quality and standard. the prices are a little high but not enough to fully complain about as they correspond with the quality of the food.

Great pizza, amazing pasta! Very generous serves at a pretty normal price range. Eat in & take away facilities with a great atmosphere & a nice placid area of town. Plenty on the eat in or take away menu to choose from & willing to change items to suit your tastes. My favourite is the garlic prawn pasta. Even while busy wait time is generally not too long but the food is worth the wait anyway.

My wife and I joined friends for a lovely dinner at Mama Rosas, sat outside and what an enjoyable evening with some fantastic quality food. Will be returning for sure. That parma was amazing, and the squid, forget about it. Damned good.

Approximate cost: $22

My husband ordered from these guys last week over the phone. He ordered a pizza with NO anchovies. But gave the rest of the toppings he did want. He brought home the pizza.. and when he opened the box, it had nothing of what he ordered on it. AND it had anchovies - which is what he specifically asked NOT to have! :P

So he called back & told them. They said they'd give us another pizza. So, he went & got it, brought it home.. and it was a bit cold & although he got what he ordered.. the taste was pretty gross. I tried a small bit of it.. and I agreed that the taste of it was really disgusting.

My husband actually felt sick for that entire evening & the next day as well after eating it.

We most likely will never be eating here again. Although, they have a really nice website! I totally give them props for that! :) lol.

Rosa and family run a great restaurant, catering for families and the general public, service generally is good, but it can be very busy and with only the three women doing all the work things can take a little while, but the wait is worth it as the quality of the food is grand, and where else do you get greated by the owner, that makes everything fresh and on site, no mass produced cardboard here, Italian cuisine and pizza at it's best

this would have to be the most authentic & most delicious tasting pizza/italian food in the whole of Pakenham hands down, the drawback is that they are quite pricey, they have dine in and take away, customer service skills are somewhat lacking though,

Who was the rude person you dealt with? I know for a fact Mama Rosa looks for only the best from her produce, service and employees. If you have an issue with a worker i suggest you let Rosa know, so she can be alerted to what has occurred. As for the little toppings on the pizza, have you been there lately, pizza are to die for, delicious.

The restaurant is very authentic, providing a variety of Italian foods, from pastas to pizzas and more. The food is good value, and is a nice change from "production line" restaurants. There is also a take away and delivery service if you would like to experience the same great food at home.
