Our family went here for the first time during the “All You Can Eat” full-international Sunday Buffet.

I was a little skeptical at first and thought it was the same ole' Sophia's Restaurant under a different name. But it turns out they had a buffet and the food was soooo much better!

We were seated quickly. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly & the food was absolutely delicious and filling.

I was delighted to know that they had decent food for all ages including my 1 year old daughter. I always find it difficult to find good food for her at certain places. But here they had something for everyone! It could not disappoint! Seriously!

From Veggies, Sweet Potato, Pastas, Pizzas, Seafood, Prawns, Chicken Nuggets, Roast Beef with Gravy, Soups, Warm Bread Rolls to a ton of variety of desserts that were equally as excellent!

And I must say the Mocha I had was delicious and made perfectly also! It was super strong, but incredibly delicious! Eating there made my day!

It's a little pricey at $30 per person for the buffet. But well worth the experience. Also kids/babies eat free (for the buffet) and seniors get a discount.

Overall, I'd definitely eat here again and will definitely be recommending it to others! Great family environment & lovely ambiance.

Approximate cost: $Kids under 6 = ($4.50); Kids 7-12 = ($13.90); Adults Buffet = ($29.90)

I'm so glad that they opened up a Toys R Us next to Fountain Gate! I was their very FIRST customer the day before their 'Grand Opening' & loved it! The staff was very friendly & the variety was excellent! Can't wait to go back!

The only thing I'd say that needs improvement are the prices of course! lol. But I guess that's true for any mainstream store like that.

This place was a GEM to find! My husband & I stumbled upon it by luck.. and we were so grateful we did! I was so glad to see it wasn't too full because we had our little baby with us.. and forgot the stroller. They had two couches near the front end of the bar.. and so I asked if we could sit there since we had the baby with us.. and they approved.

The food was so mouth-watering! The service was perfect & extra friendly! I had nothing bad to say about it. My husband was also impressed at how clean the men's toilets were. That usually says a lot about a place!

I had the delicious "USA style BBQ pork ribs" served with mash potato & vegetables & my husband enjoyed "Beer battered gummy" served with chips, salad & homeade tartare.

For dessert we had the "Sticky Date Pudding" with butterscotch sauce & butterscotch ice cream & the "Creme Brulee" with orange, strawberry & Chantilly cream.

They were both equally delicious.. but the butterscotch dessert was like heaven!!!

We had a GREAT family date night! :)
Thank you Bear House Restaurant for the delicious meals!

The food here is absolutely DEE-LICIOUS!!! It's the best Steak I've had in Melbourne! I had the "Traditional Eye Filet" Medium-Well with the "Wild Mushroom Sauce".. it was so mouth watering, juicy, tender & just right.

My husband had the "Chicken Parmesan".. and said it was also the best he had ever tasted in his life.

The service was pretty slow.. but it was worth the wait. The people are very nice. Just don't have any reservations booked to go anyplace afterward if you're having dinner there. It's opened from 6pm till Late for dinner.

And yes, it's a little pricy.. but again, the quality of the food is worth it. You get what you pay for. :)

This review is for IKEA, Springvale VIC

Boy, am I glad IKEA exists! My husband & I who are having a baby in about 3 weeks have been comparing prices for baby furniture *all over the place for months! (I'm not kidding when I say that).

Anyway, we were able to SAVE about $1350.00 in furniture just by purchasing here!!! See the cost differences below...

We were able to find:
• TWO white "(3 drawer) dressers" for $100 each...
• TWO white "glass tops" for the dressers at $25 each.
• And a changing table for $149.00.
= $400.00 total.

EVERYWHERE else we have looked.. just
• ONE dresser on it's own, is about $699.00 and up + per dresser!
• And when we looked for changing tables at other stores they start at about $349.00 and up.
It would have costed us about
= $1749.00 total had we gone any place else!

The only draw back is that the style of IKEA is very straight edged furniture. So you're not always going to get those stylish curved carvings in your furniture like some places. But if you are on a tight budget & want to keep your husband happy.. and use that extra money on other things, I suggest you don't worry about those minor details! lol. Everything I've purchased from there is practical, roomy, sturdy & works really well. I HIGHLY recommend doing your shopping all in one spot there.

And also it's very convenient how they have a place located inside, where you can get a nice bite to eat at the end of your shopping with your family once you're all done... for again, a very low-cost! The meatballs there are FANTASTIC! :)

I absolutely love this place for many reasons:

(1) - It's in Pakenham (and there's hardly any variety of decent food here);
(2) - The food is always hot, fresh, delicious;
(3) - You can customize your order to what you want even though it's not necessarily on the menu;
(4) - The proportions sizes are excellent & filling.
(5) - The workers/staff are always very friendly;
(6) - They're quick with getting your order(s) prepared.
(7) - The decor is high-class & pretty in the restaurant.
(8) - You can order take-out & enjoy your meal at home.
(9) - They are one of the few places that are opened all-night to cater to those who have unusual, tight schedules. There is no other place with GREAT food that is willing to stay opened even until midnight. I find that very accommodating.
(10) - Their Quality, Service & Value are A++++

Need I say more?

Approximate cost: $20 to $30

My husband & I just dined here today.. and were pleasantly surprised at the amazing flavor of their food. We have nothing like this in Pakenham. I have realized when people have a good thing, they tend to take it for granted. And when they don't they treasure every moment.

That's what we did, we treasured every moment of each bite. lol. It was so good. I'm pregnant so food is a BIG deal for me right now. And if it's good.. I want the world to know! haha!

Anyway, I had the "Porterhouse Steak Sandwich" w/Swiss Cheese, Caramelised Onions, Tomatoes & Mushrooms. You get a side of fries that are pretty filling too. I also had a refreshing "Guava Juice" And boy did I love that!

My husband had the "Nasi Goreng" It was a BRILLIANT flavored rice with stir-fry veggies, chicken & shrimp. And had a fried egg on top. I'm not really into asian food.. but WOW, I enjoyed my husband's plate more then my own. lol. We usually split & combine what we have. Anyway, if you want a healthier option of rice but would like it tasty.. EAT THIS! It will not disappoint if you're into flavor!

Also, the service was excellent. We were served quickly.. and catered to in great time. When we went to pay, we met the owner & he seemed very nice too asking in detail if we enjoyed it. You can tell he cares about the quality & service of his restaurant.

It's a little pricey.. and not cheap. But like I always say, you GET what you pay for! And we were definitely satisfied! =)

I look forward to trying this place out again, even though it's a bit far from where we live. But I really am glad we were able to stumble upon this place & try it out. I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice tasty bite... and/or even a quick drink, coffee or smoothie. They had a little cafe corner there that seemed very relaxing.

Thanks Eating House for helping us enjoy our Sunday afternoon.

I went here to this Cafe with a good friend of mine (after a long day of driving & shopping) & it definitely hit the spot.

I was so thirsty & had one of their "Apple Slushies". My friend had one of their wonderful "Hot Chocolates" and their mouth watering "Go Banana" dessert... which I tasted & nearly fell over to how delicious it was! lol. It was a Crepe with Banana, Nutella inside, with powdered sugar sprinkled on top.. and Vanilla Ice Cream on the side.

It was a little pricey.. but you definitely get what you pay for. I recommend if you want a quick tasty snack or bite, come here! :)

This review is for Ripe Maternity Wear, Narre Warren VIC

verified email - 10 Mar 2013

I admit that the Maternity clothes are very nice, but they have less of a variety for petite fits. They have a ton of low V neck tops... which I generally don't go for. And I must admit the prices are outrageou$ when compared to a place such as, "Bump Baby And Beyond".

The lady who was working was very attentive, but a little bit pushy when offering more outfits then I was originally going to try on. lol. I had only intended to get a couple of tops & be on my way.

When it came to decide on the final purchase my husband came along as the negotiator. The lady told him that there was a sale if we bought $150.00 or more of clothing, you would receive $50 cash back.

I decided I liked 2 tops. Each of them were $74.95 which came to the grand total of $149.90. My husband asked if it still would apply because it came up only 10 cents short.. and he'd even pay the additional 10¢ to round it off at $150. But the lady refused & said she wouldn't be able to do it. In other words, it was a total scam. We would have needed to purchase another $75 garment in order to have gotten the $50 cash back.

This was the most dishonest scam that I've seen thus far in a retail store. And to top it off the owner of the store then claimed she just worked there as an employee.

In the end, I got only 1 top. And they missed out on a 2nd sale. Not only that, but we won't be shopping there again.

Approximate cost: $74.95

This review is for Domino's Pizza, Pakenham VIC

verified email - 09 Mar 2013

We order from here often. It beats any other pizza in Pakenham that my husband & I have ordered from. We love the taste & when ordering take-out.. so long as you order over the phone & not online.. you will get your order promptly.

The only thing I'd suggest though is that if you order extra toppings, it shouldn't cost so much. Otherwise, I would have given the "value" 5 stars. :) In all other areas, I highly recommend Domino's before the others.
