I found them to make average malay food, the curry was comparable to many other places and nothing really distinguished it.

The food here isn't bad, but not the best. I think there are better Malaysian food options in the CBD. The roti is pretty good though.

The last time we went there the service was very poor. the food is just ok not really something special. but you don't need to queue like the opposite one mamak.

Always a long queue outside signifying what a terrific restaurant this is. We decided to avoid the line and had dessert here instead of dinner, arriving just after 9. Managed to be seated quite quickly without a wait and were given menus and water. We all ordered hot drinks and the dessert style rotis which were authentic and delicious. Will surely be back for a proper meal next time we are in town.

Five stars for the sensational fragrant curry served with roti. So many subtle layers of flavour, I picked up coriander cardamom (easy because the pods were floating in the sauce) and so much more. I had the Murtabak which has shredded beef and onions cooked into a sensational roti (like a gozlemi almost. It is served with a side of curry and a chilli jam and it all works so well together. This place only opened a week or two ago and I have never seen such a long queue and it doesn't seem to diminish. I finally got in yesterday after giving up a few times because the line was so long. Only managed this through going to a really late lunch. The service was quick, probably because they are used to dealing with so many people. Price reasonable at 9.90 and you can watch them making the roti which is great, especially if the queue is long as it gives you something to do while you wait. Can't wait to go back!
