Steve from Mandalay was just amazing!!!!! He really helped us with so may details, like when I should come for the best impact, and all sorts of little changes to the menu to make it so much nicer. He really knows his stuff, you can tell he is really experienced. The service was really good, and we just loved the food.. its really impressive!!
