I had a set of expensive Dainese boots fitted with new soles, Zippers and a leather gussett. The moulded soles were identical in shape and fit to the originals and the new zips are now spot on. The new gussett was is leather and is better than the original vinyl. Friendly service at a reasonable price.

The guys here are fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and great at their job. I've had sandals fixed on the spot when they broke, boots fixed and keys cut. Pricing is very reasonable, service is very good. The kind of business you want to support so that they're always there!

Dropped my old RM Williams boots in to completely rebuild the boot. I've previoulsy sent them back to the factory but they wouldn't do the work this time as the leather is cracked. The guys in North Melbourne not only did the work but did it quicker and cheaper than the manufacturer. Great workmanship and nice blokes. The new retail shop they are currently fitting out should have some great stock as these guys know their leather!

Very impressed with my briefcase repair. It required lining access (which was neatly restored) and the fitting of a very smart and serviceable handcrafted handle. A tricky job well done.

These guys not only know their trade but are passionate in achieving a great result. They were only too happy to discuss the process with me, while using an artists eye to explore a few creative variations for some seldom worn shoes. Upon collection, a day earlier than expected, all I can say is the result exceeded expectations. Money well spent!

Quality craftsmanship is hard to find, although not in north Melbourne so it seems. I was recommended to use these guys by a retailer of fine shoes and I was not disappointed. The workmanship was first class and the service was excellent. Please use these guys in order to protect their craft and support their business, I know I certainly will again in the future.

Fantastic service, and super fast turn around! Equestrian top boots are very expensive and ours had a value $1500, we were hesitate to put in zips but we had no choice as they no longer fit properly. Couple of calls, photos back n forth and we had the boots back and in perfect condition exactly like we asked, also it was like the zip was always there. The job was very time sensitive and the guys did it faster than I expected :-) Biggest thank you, can't recommend the business enough!!
