Really nice bunch of people running a small family business. I needed help getting my pool ready for the season and they tested my water for free, gave me everything I needed at a great price, and took the time to explain the steps to me and answer my questions. The new owners are really nice. My neighbor recommended them because the place apparently changed management last year. I don't know what the previous owners were like, clearly some negative reviews, but I'll definitely be going there from now on.

No one in the Western Suburbs could solve my Green Pool, until i found these guys in Greystanes, the guys at Maple St Pool Shop solved my issue in less than 24 hours!!! Every one should come and see the friendly staff there

I asked my wife to purchase a pool leaf rake. She brought the existing one in to show. They gave her a leaf shovel which i have found very difficult to use in the past. When my wife tried to return it the sales person said I was full of sh.. it front of my 5 year old son. Both my wife and son left the shop crying. This man is insulting and thinks it is ok to abuse his customers. When I confronted him on his attitude he wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise. He then called me an idiot to my face many times in front of a shop full of people. Every time i go to this shop I am made to feel stupid. This is only the owner who acts like this. Everyone else gives good customer service. I found this site while looking for another pool shop in the area. Is a 25 dollar leaf rake worth losing a customer over.

We bought a pool cleaner that didn't work and a refund was refused! Warning! Don't buy buy anything online from these people.originally they were very helpful but that changed when the subject of refund was broached. Just because an item on the website sounds amazing does not mean it will work and apparently that is the consumers fault! Not on. I have never experienced this kind of treatment from a retailer before.
