We had a family trip to great occasion road and Melbourne last year and spent a few days at Lorne. We absolutely loved this restaurant so much that we dined in there for two times during our 4 days stay at Lorne. Food was amazing. Nice waiters and they were very friendly to us. Not cheap but I will go back again if I'm back to Lorne as I miss the fish they cooked there.

This is one of the more sophisticated food options in Lorne. The menu included gnocchi with ox cheek, Atlantic salmon and some breed of quail. The food was nice and the waiters were prompt but it was a little over priced. There is a nice wine menu at this restaurant as well.

The food at Mapleleaf was excellent- I had a brilliant duck main (which was also quite a large serving for this type of restaurant) and my partner was also very impressed by his meal. The restaurant had a nice relaxed atmosphere & staff were friendly, however we did have to wait a very long time for our mains to arrive (our entree arrived fairly promptly- but there was a long wait to the main).
Overall- a great meal
