I have tried them few times, the food was really good and tasty. They are busy during the weekend and holidays so the service will go little bit worse. Prefer to go in weekdays quiet time

Ok, so I ordered pizza on a really busy day during the holiday season. If I'd ordered it on a regular day I would have given it one star, but I can make a concession.

But Marcellinas is slipping badly! I've eaten their pizzas plenty of times and always found them hot, fresh and delicious. But this simple ham and pineapple was doughy and tasteless and too cheesy. I would expect something like this kind of quality from a chain store but Marcellina's is supposed to be genuine!

The people on the phone (I rang back to change my order to delivery) were both rude and snappy, so there wasn't any saving graces there!

I would suggest ordering marcellina's when it's not too busy, and with caution.

I don't think I'll order from them again as another recent-ish visit resulted in pretty ordinary pizza too.

I seriously love marcellinas. Every single meal that I have had their is fantastic. I highly recomment the seafood marinara pizza. It is sublime

Marcellina make a great gourmet pizza, I would recommend the 'mexicana' and 'the lot'. Delivery time generally takes +45 minutes depending upon how busy they are, but the pizzas are worth the short wait. The pizza bases and the fresh ingredients is what keeps me coming back to Marcellina. I would recommend people to order through menulog.com, as they provide discounts through Marcellina which aren't generally advertised.
