Marcello's is a bit of a legend in Redcliffe, but that would be because for a long time it stood out above other places. However these days it doesn't fair so well. It is still a nice place to go for a 20 odd dollar Italian meal. Mostly it is pasta or pizza and really it is nothing special, just your generic Italian food with a few rare exceptions.

If you were heading to Redcliffe you would probably want to try one of the many other places there, but then if you live in the area and have a hankering for Italian food and too lazy too cook yourself (there is nothing on the menu that you couldn't easily do at home), then head here.

the atmosphere was lovely but the seating was very cramped they had booked 40 of us into a very tiny area and if one person needed to get up 20 others had to get up as well service was very speedy the food was delicious

Very relaxed and informal yet with a touch of class and style, where else can you go to be transported to a litte corner of italy, the wine the music and the food all bellisimo
