I had to go in twice because the first time i went in, the store wasn't opened though it was during opening times.

The second time I went in I said "hello" when I went through the door, [redacted due to personal identifier] ignored me though we made eye contact. After navigating around the store for a while I went up to her to ask where a certain type of bead was and was given a very crude answer. While I was there, there were other customers that must go there very often cos [redacted due to personal identifier] was extremely nice to them, hence I took our first two encounters as misunderstandings but this was proven wrong when I went to pay (I even asked if she would like me to put the jar back to where I got it, and once again a crude and borderline rude reply was given).

there is a large range, but after that encounter I would rather drive 30min out to [redacted due to mention of alternative business by name] on nepean highway instead where the staff are nice and very willing to give you a hand.

It was a very poor experience.

When I went into this store, it was quite busy. While one of the workers was serving, she said Hello, I will be with you in a minute. It is good to be acknowledge when you go to a store. I need some information on how to do a beading stitch and she took her time to show me. That was great customer service.

I love this store. They have a such a great range of beads. Really helpful service every time I have been there and they were happy to order products they did not stock.
