We purchase a 9 week old Maltese Schitzu puppy about a month ago. After having him for 5 days we discovered a huge lump in his throat. We took him to the vet and it was an abscess which we had surgery on costing us $860, we notified the Marion pet shop and today have realised that they have refunded the full amount. They did not have to do this as the vet could not find a cause for this. We are extremely grateful and would recommend this place. Great service by staff.

I bought a Maltese shih tzu from Marion Pet Shop for $1900. As she kept growing everyone said that she is not a Maltese shih tzu. I had a DNA test done and she is actually a Tibetan spaniel. I asked for just a partial refund but I was given no money back

After 9 years of working in this business I look back very proud of the work we have done helping families and individual find there companions it's been very rewarding helping place puppies and people together and the efforts gone to by this business to educate and source from lovely home breeders beautiful healthy puppies has been wonderful a lesson to all the haters out there don't judge on public opinion make your own opinions on face value they will be continuing this good work in there new shop... thanks to all who supported cheers Melissa...xx

Just popped in to have a look at the puppies and purchase a few treats for our over active dog. Prices were reasonable and the staff were very helpful.

Very caring staff, excellent service. Totally committed to ensuring that the customer is matched to the correct pet for the environment they will be living in. Excellent customer relations. They follow up with phone calls checking to ensure the dog is setteling into to it's home.

Browsing the internet I came across the "word of mouth" website for Marion Pet Store and was surprised to see some negative reviews for this business. We bought our little Maltese/shu puppy Chloe from them and from that day on they have been most professional,helpful with advice and friendly on each time we have visited.The number of years they have been in business there must speak volumes to the way they conduct themselves.
Personally ,cannot fault. !!!

We had a great experience with the pet shop where we received our beautiful puppy. Melissa was very professional and thorough and we often go in to share photos and stories.

Wonderful staff especially Melissa who went out of her way to help me choose the right pup. Really helpful and knowledgable about the puppies. Highly recommend.

All the staff there are really fantastic. They are so friendly and generous with there time and the older lady really knows how to help you find the right puppy. Highly recommend a chat if your looking to buy a puppy.
