Our old ducted heating system was removed yesterday and a new system was installed and it is fabulous! Our whole house is warmer than it has been in years. The representative David, who came out to assess our needs and provide a quote, was very knowledgable and extremely professional. Dealing with the office manager, Fiona, was a pleasure. The installers, Ash and Ben, were very efficient and friendly - a credit to the company. We were very pleased with the cost and the whole process has gone smoothly. I neede a ducted heater replacement unit and these guys sorted me out so quickly and efficiently. Their quote was lower than the other one I got and they moved mountains so I was not without a heater for more than a few days in total. Very impressive.

Spoke to Dave at Marooondah Heating when my ancient heater went on a blink. Dave just came over, did an inspection and offered to replace my complete system including ducts with added zones etc, with a Brivis one. A date was fixed and price agreed upon. The rest was like clockwork, and the installation was completed way before time - well it is winter and we did not spend a single night in the cold, thanks guys!!

We were very impressed with the time and planning that went into the quote to replace our 35 year old central heating unit and ducting. Also the fact that there was no sales pressure and everything was explained in detail. Tradesman on the day were polite, tidy and organised, and answered any questions that we had. We had used this company 6 years ago for evaporative air con and were pleased with the the way the job was planned and implemented.

We called Maroondah Heating and Cooling to repair our old ducted heating system, the technician that came was on time and extremely informative, even though our old unit had to be replaced he explained why and made the necessary arrangements to have our unit replaced. They helped us make an informed decision and a time and date was made for the job to be done that week, a very easy changeover. we were very impressed with all the people we dealt with at Maroondah Heating and Cooling and would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly first customer service. Installers - at least 4 incl electrians, though very nice, treated my home like a building site. They all plugged all their different rechargeable batteries into my outside and inside power points, even in the bedroom. They played their music loud, at least one worker smoked while working and though they took their rubbish, they did not clean their dirty hand prints off the new unit or the walls and my external power board box was left with all their electrical off cuts and their debris etc inside. Some workers took their shoes off when coming through my home while others didn't, even when asked too. Getting the promised and necessary certificates and receipt took considerable time and communication was poor. No demonstration or instruction given. Air con installed nicely and works. No follow up.
