I dropped my white commodore off for a wash. As the car had just returned from the mechanics it had some slight grease marks around the hood. I clearly pointed this out to the clerk when he took the job and told me that was fine and included in the $30. upon returning to my car an hour later i found the grease spots where still there, watermarks on the roof and fingerprints still on the glass. when questioned the clerk told me this grease was "stuck in the paint" i explained to him that the grease was only two days old and was told only an hour before by his workmate that this would not be a problem to remove. upon pushing the problem they finally returned with some polish and removed the spots all the time making excuses for the poor job that had been made to begin with. i will never use this car wash again.
