Called out Marshall Batteries when my car broke down (this was in Perth). It was probably my mistake as I had expected the guy to have more knowledge other than just fitting batteries. First of all, he got the number wrong, and in the end, after waiting for 25 mins from the prescribed time, I was told he had left and he had been waiting for us for 20 minutes. It was basically a waste of time. So he had to come back again in an hour. He had taken down the wrong phone number the first time around.

So he finally came, fit the battery, didn't work and nothing to be done anymore. I guess my expectations were he had some mechanic knowledge. Clearly not. Huge waste of time and $80 call out fee for nothing.
