Tahlia and Angela have been easy to deal with, helpful and understanding. Getting into the property was quick and no problems, during the tenancy was much the same. We recently relocated interstate and Angela basically helped us move out, she took care of everything. I can't thank Marshall Real Estate enough for being professional but personable. Thanks guys

Found agent to be very unprofessional, told our offer was accepted, heard nothing back from Angela, followed up the next day to chase associated paperwork and was informed the property was sold!
We received no paperwork to allow our offer to be made offical, no multiple offer documentation received which we have since learnt is part of the process and was afforded no option of submitting another offer.
Spoke with numerous agents regarding this experience and was advised we had probably had been used to drive up another offer!
Ironically the house sold for very little more than our offer however less than we were willing to pay!
Would not recommend this agent to anyone looking to rent.Final inspection was completed prior to the meeting time. Bond was charged at incorrect price, was bullying and sent threating emails.

we have recently had something extremely similar happen to us with Marshall Real estate as they entered the property illegally, and tried to pin every last thing on us. We are currently in the process of fighting this with them as they refuse to speak to consumer affairs or to us. They haven't given out bond back, nor have we received our final water bill.
We issued them for a breach and when we advised them that we would be seeking legal advice they issued us with a termination which I found out is illegal. She constantly threatened us and made us out to seem like we had no idea what we were talking about, yet we have so much evidence against them.
I was wondering if you have received your bond back and how long did it take?
I finally was able to find a review about them as they have turned their google reviews off. Thank you for posting.
And they also charged out bond at the incorrect price as well.
I was looking for a rental property and found one to rent on the Web the agent was happy to show me through and went out of her way to meet me at an odd time early morning.Rented the propertly and have been very happy with the service.
