Mary's has to be one of my favourite burger places!! Just an all round perfect burger and the place has some really cool vibes. Highly recommend!

I actually don't want to write a review because I'm worried it will be too busy and I won't be able to eat here anymore. Beware the s*% toy hanging from the ceiling above the cashier.

This place doesn't do anything fancy but they certainly do good burgers. My only complaint was the burger wasn't big enough because I had it smashed down in no time flat. They have a cool grunge rock vibe, will be back again for another burger and to try the fried chicken.

Mary's in Newtown makes some of the best fried southern style chicken, burgers and mash potato and gravy that I have ever eaten. Their fried southern style chicken is seasoned well and so delicious. Their mash potato and gravy is the best that I have ever eaten out of my home. The burgers are great too, my favourite is the Cheeseburger. Mary's is also located in the CBD

I have rated this business as average as my experience seems to be a bit different than some others on here. I found the pace to be too busy, staff took a while to serve me and the food (marys hamburger and chips) tasted on par with most other places out there. I much prefer churburger to be honest. Plus the food was overpriced for what I got.

Easily, and I mean easily, the best fried chicken and burgers in town. While they are not the cheapest around, they certainly make up for it with quality. The selection of import craft beers at reasonable prices also gives this place brownie points.

This place is great for fried southern style chicken and they do great hearty burgers as well. They also serve fries as well as mash and gravy.

When you step inside Mary's it's almost like a bar but with great American style food. I sat down stairs and the area was very dim, i didn't mind though as the food was tasty!

I recommend the cheeseburger and fries and also the crunchy southern style fried chicken! Very tasty with a kick to it from the spices of pepper and cayenne!

It's a nice place for lunch as it's very laid back with good food.

I met with friends in newtown area and felt hungry and tried to find somewhere to eat. suddenly we found "Mary". The design and renovation are really cool and tall ceilings. We feel really comfortable and spacious. The menu is simple but exciting. We ordered Chicken, cheese and of course Mary' Burger. We believe they have the best Burger in the area. I really like Cheese Burger and may never go to other place for burger. Highly recommended.
