Just so friendly and Rhonda just made you feel so good. .her warm friendly caring nature was over and beyond words. ..she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable after my mud wrap..hope I get her for my massage in a months time. ..highly recommend..thanks rhOnda and the lovely girl on the counter was so helpful.

Very relaxing and lovely friendly vibe. The communal table where everyone gets their hair coloured is really chilled and the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat on for a back wash. Adrian was just amazing and gave me the exact colour I have been after for years but no other place ever got it right. Also refreshing to have no BS or false flattery. Can't recommend this place enough.

I've been going to Masci since they opened many, many years ago - and they are absolutely wonderful! I've had massages, hair cuts, hair treatments, spa treatments - all top notch! On my last visit, I got one of their pamper packages (as a gift), where I had a full body massage, facial and spa bath... I was *so relaxed* - I definite recommendation if you're thinking of buying a gift for someone special (who needs a total relaxation day!!). You get to sit in a quiet "chill out" room before hand, so you start unwinding, the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and always smiling. Yes, you pay a bit more here, but once you go, you can see why - it's quality, comfort all the way!!!! If you want consistency and quality, I highly recommend Masci!

I recently started going to Masci for my hair - the atmosphere is fantastic - very relaxing. The staff are friendly and its not too hard to get an appointment. They take their time and do a fantastic job. The prices are on the high side, but if you want to treat yourself this is definately the place to go!

We were given a voucher for our anniversary for massages and wow, what a great. We were taken into a room to wait with a drink and music. Then we were taken into the massage room where we could choose the scent we liked to be massaged with and from there on it was pure bliss! What a great gift idea!!

I only went here because I was given a $150 gift certificate. Wow did I have a great time! This is hairdressing on a different level.
You walk in and sit down at a large wooden bench where one of the girls sits down with you and one on one discusses what you are after. She showed me some colour pallets and after a chat she set me up in a lay back seat and did my hair whilst i relaxed with a magazine, over looking a large window looking onto a cute garden which was really beautiful.
They did such a good job on my hair colour and I usually struggle to find someone to understand what I want.
It is very expensive here but I have to say if you're fussy like me, it is well worth it and a very beautiful experience!

The salon was pleasant and the staff were lovely but they had trouble with my colour. Initially I went home to find it had a green tinge. I rang to complain (which I have never done before) and they were very accommodating by bringing me back in to fix it. Unfortunately the results with the 'senior stylist' were not much better. The colour was brassy, there was reasonable root show and it was so dry I couldn't run my brush through. Very disappointing as they were so friendly.
