I am trying to make a booking for next week and told him what day I can do it just for that week and he booked me in for the next two weeks didn't ask if those day are ok for me as their new client. Obviously he make booking through out Melbourne. But still I want the date that I can come and not his. didn't give me any option. So when I get to Clarendon and all I see is the Gym, so I went into the Beauty Salon next door and didn't know about them. I get worried that this is a scam for a minute. I try to ring the number that they provide and nobody is available to pick up the phone so I just ask for more peoples and I finally got told by someone who knows that this shop is been moved down not far from the address that I expected to be. So I have found the place and so lucky that I came early try to find the massage place. The person who booked me in didn't say any address on my final appointment and didn't mention that I should be at the Muscular Therapist 374 clarendon st which is more easy to find rather than to ask shops. Lack of communications within the receptionist and client. I heard that there is a lot of people looking and wondering on where they have to go with their appointments, which is client get less treatment if they were late. NOt good. ohh well people paid before treatment so this business would not care if client get a treatment or not. very disappointing.
