Have been a client for many years, staff are always willing to accommodate without compromising quality of service (there have been many times I have turned up on the wrong day and wrong time!!!!!)
Staff are courteous, polite and very professional. Look forward to my 4 weekly visits, particularly the head massage at the basin!!

I have been going to Master Cutterz for over 10 years and I will not go anywhere else. All the girls at Master Cutterz make you feel at home and really take the time to get to know you. Always friendly and do a fantastic job at colouring, cutting and styling. They never rush and take the time to make sure you walk out of there 100% happy. They will never let a client leave the salon if they are unhappy for any reason. Every year they give a Christmas Present to each client with a card with some nice words. They really do go that extra mile for their clients which makes all the difference.
