Master Movers

I would not recommend this business. Desk, wall unit, fridge expensive hydraulic bed all damaged. Zero care taken and zero responsibility. Deniability and nasty when it came to taking ownership of the damage. The team are very well-practiced in their explanations of how the last movers caused the damage. Really? Yes really. If you value your belongings, choose another moving business.

Really disappointed! I would NOT recommend this business. Master Movers was nice as pie to get my business but then when there were issues with damaged property they were completely unprofessional, and would not acknowledge claim for damages to my home and belongings.

Initially thought I was dealing directly with person who was moving my belongings but on the day he wasn’t present. During move 3 more guys from this company turned up out the front of my property, all of them clowning around out the front of my home. I know these guys do a difficult job but they brought a muddy trolley into my home, and caused what I was told was trivial damage to my home and belongings.

Master Movers says they're fully insured but makes no difference they won't let you claim. The damage may not be in their words "life threatening" but damage none the less. Lodged complaint with small business, advised to take to VCAT but not worth the time or stress. I prefer to support small local business but this company won't get my repeat or referred business.
