I would not recommend this business. Dave works for the builder engaged for our bathroom renovations. The semi-frameless shower screen was installed crookedly and the door did not sit square in the frame. Asked Dave to return which he did telling us it was fixed but it was no better. The builder worked on it and it was somewhat improved but still not right. The builder and Dave returned again and improved the screen so it is better but not quite right. We’ve had semi-frameless shower screens at a previous home and know how they should fit. This semi-frameless shower screen is not right and Dave’s attitude and ‘work’ is below acceptable.

I would not recommend this business. Desk, wall unit, fridge expensive hydraulic bed all damaged. Zero care taken and zero responsibility. Deniability and nasty when it came to taking ownership of the damage. The team are very well-practiced in their explanations of how the last movers caused the damage. Really? Yes really. If you value your belongings, choose another moving business.

I made an appointment with the owner of this business to renew my passport being 10.30 AM Saturday morning. I arrived 5 minutes early to be told he had gone home. A staff member was telling a customer how the owner was semi-retired and didn't spend much time at all at this Australia Post outlet. Great! I tell the staff member that I had made the appointment with the owner so he was well aware. A female staff member said she would attempt to deal with my passport renewal but she had her 'L' plates on. She did say if it had been a new application she could not have processed any of it. Needless to say I was extremely annoyed as any professional business owner would not behave in this manner. Had I any idea I would have chosen another outlet. The girl tried her best and it took three attempts before the photo costing $33 was likely to be acceptable for a passport. After she completed the process she then told me my renewal would not be progressed until the owner was available to check it. In his state of semi-retirement and total disregard for me arriving for my appointment he himself made with me, who knew when that would be? It appears he likes to enjoy the commission he earns from processing passport applications but doesn't show the courtesy of being there for the appointment. For passport applications I suggest you choose another Australia Post outlet.

Home and contents insurance. Premiums paid monthly via Australian Seniors Insurance. Real Insurance will not refund and refuse to stop charging the Fire Services Levy of $19.45 the GST and stamp duty until my policy expires. I hope I never have to make a claim with Real Insurance as they have clearly shown they are money grabbers.

Food is average in quality and above average in price. As one of a party of nine not related, the establishment refused to split the bill which made paying difficult and were quite rude about it. We continue to move to a cashless society and many of us use cards for many things, I use cards for most transactions. The establishment was about third full for Saturday lunch. Can they really afford to be so rigid? I would not encourage us to meet at Waves on the Beach again. A previous meeting with the group of ladies I was with totaled 35 people and bill splitting was not a problem. That's the type of restaurant we should patronize in the future, that is an establishment happy to have our business and not make it difficult to settle the bill.

I had four rooms steam cleaned. He was in and out in less than an hour. Carpets were still wet 24 hours later on a warm January day, and no marks or stains removed whatsoever! The carpets looked the same as they were before this fellow 'cleaned' them. I hired a supermarket steam cleaner 2 days later and got good results without too much effort. I've used other steam cleaning companies before and I've had clean carpets when they finished. Peninsula Carpet Cleaning was the worst ever. I will go back to my previous company. What was I thinking?

DAB FM internet clock radio! What a ripper of a buy. It arrived quickly, as promised and very affordable. Love the thing! I bought it back in May this year. The power at home went out recently and the clock and alarm stopped working on my DAB radio. I rely on it to get up in the morning. Oh dear, I thought how hard will they be to deal with and get this fixed? I sent an email to KOGAN explaining what was wrong and asking how I could get the unit fixed. I got an email back very quickly suggesting I push a couple buttons to reset the unit and also asking me to let them know how I get on. I followed their instructions, unit back to working fine. I am gob smacked at such great customer service. I plan to buy a KOGAN TV shortly. Their products are priced well and if the DAB radio is anything to go on, I would suggest you give them a go.

I'm not usually a fan of the cafe in the middle of a shopping center concourse but this is the absolute exception. It's only been open a few weeks just a few meters from Aldi & Woolworth's. I can't speak too highly of it. Great coffee, great food, fabulous prices with 10% discount for seniors. Personal service with a smile and a lot of extra effort for the customer with a greater smile. I love it.

I had a pedicure some weeks ago. I was their first customer for this service on the Saturday morning. The treatment itself was fine BUT 36 hours later I developed an acute fungal infection on one foot. I have never seen anything like it. Weeks later it is not completely gone. Clearly, their cleaning procedures and infection control is ineffective. The hygiene is highly questionable to say the least. I would suggest considering other establishments for beauty treatments
