I feel compelled to share my experience with “Master Simos” regarding their concrete and fake grass installation services. Initially, their low quotes and smooth talking may seem appealing, but don’t be fooled!

Within just a few days or months, you’ll start to see the true quality of their work, and it’s far from impressive. What you’ll get is the ugliest outcome, leaving you to pay even more to hire a professional to fix the mess.

While they may showcase photos and videos of seemingly well-done projects, I’ve reached out to several others who have had similar experiences, and they are equally dissatisfied. Every piece of work done feels like it was completed by someone who learned from YouTube rather than by a skilled professional.

Don’t waste your hard-earned money! Proceed with caution if you’re considering hiring them.

The worstWe got concreting done with this man based on online reviews. Unfortunately the job done was completely shabby.
The concrete comes off even with a normal hose of water
The concrete is not levelled and hence water banks up next to walls
Steps are uneven and edges are just not done at all
Retaining wall concrete blocks were not what we asked for with photos and just clamped on top of one another rather than correctly aligned.
I have received another quote from someone to fix this disaster and it is going to cost us $6500.
We are not wishing any good things for this guy as we feel like crying whenever we we get in to the backyard.

He did my concrete job, and it was the worst job ever... There were cracks within a day of laying it and he did not do proper finishing. He just dumped concrete all over with all the gravel exposed.

If you are contemplating of hiring Mr.Simos because of his 'GLOWING REVIEWS on Hi Pages' and his 'CHEAP QUOTES" my suggestion to you is read my review, save your headache, time, pay a bit more money to get a professional to do the job. This [redacted] was contracted to do a simple 20 square grey concreting job to which the outcome is similar to getting a kid to do a concreting job. No excuse in taking other people's money only to produce a [redacted offensive language] job to which I am contemplating of ripping it out! In addition to the job, his concreting left splatters all over the job site, my drive way, dump the left over concrete on my nature strip,deep scratch ony my driveway clearly showing no form of care and respect at all! As I am writing this, I am fuming mad because I am still cleaning his MISTAKES and it is not DONE YET! Did I call him to rectify his mistakes? Oh yes ! all he could say was that I have already paid the money and he even got the cheek to blame his worker for failing to do his job of cleaning up! Sugar coated the situation by promising to return to fix one of the issue and as you might guess by now I am still waiting for his call. About the [redacted offensive language] concreting job, I requested simple gray concrete but what I get is three different shades of colour! I am guessing that he even SKIMP on the materials to produce this job as he had to rush out in the middle of it to buy more materials. His trailer has a flat tire during that time and he seem to be concern more of this than completing the job! Left the job half way to fix the matter without informing me at all. Thank you very much!
