Is Pam good at what she does? YES she is!
I first met Pam in 2014 when I was riddled with anxiety and desperate for help. My anxiety level was so high that I found it hard to leave my bedroom let alone the house.
Pam introduced me to ‘EFT’ and would tap away on my meridian points and practise reiki and hypnotherapy in order to help release stubborn emotions I had built up inside.
More importantly Pam reminded me who I was, what life was really about and how everything is energy and connected. Her coaching was so, so, so much more than any psychiatrist or anti-depressant ever did for me.
