The staff are, always helpful very well run business, prices can be a little cheaper than its competitor. Bonus is its close to home so 2 minutes travel by car. they have gift cards which we find handy for birthdays and christmas. if you haven't been check it out.

Needed windows and doors for a new reno so went to see Blake Garbutt at Masters in Carrum Downs he arranged a full on quote within 2 days and now my stock has been ordered and my doors delivered windows to follow

It's just down the road and its so quick and easy to pop in and grab what you need staff are always so friendly you get a hello can i help when you walk in and willing to help if you need it

Staff are knowledgable and know where things are located. I will be coming here most likely for my DIY projects.
Noticed some interesting differences too such as trolleys in the style of a car for kids to enjoy sitting in, a great wallpaper aisle, appliances for sale such as fridges and dishwashers, great range of Stegbar windows, great plant section plus many more features.
Watch out Bunnings as there's a new kid in town!

Recently checked out the new Masters store in Carrum Downs and was very impressed with the service given by staff who went out of their way to make sure we were able to find what we were looking for, and the convenience of the location was perfect. highly recommend.
