I ordered flowers for my daughter and John rang, and emailed me, to see if I wanted the flowers delivered that day, which was fantastic and a YES! Some flowers were substituted and they were just beautiful! Great service great empathy professionalism and great flowers! Thank you John!

Tried to have flowers delivered to my wife (who works at the hospital) for her birthday, but they never made it. Despite supplying Mater Florist with both my and my wife's mobile numbers, the flowers were left with the hospital reception to be passed onto my wife. Unfortunately this never happended. Why ask for a contact number if you are not going to use it? If I pay for flowers to be delivered to a person, I expect them to be given directly to that person....your job is not done unless you can confirm a delivery.

First off, thanks for sharing your feedback. I'm really sorry that the flowers never made it to your wife and it didn't meet your expectations of what a florist shop is supposed to have instore. Clearly, we fell short, and I apologise.

I have just taken over as manager here and I want you to be assured that this isn't the case now, as we have a beautiful, large range of fresh blooms and a brand new gift range. The last thing we want to do it let our customers down, and moving forward, we're going to do everything in our power to hold ourselves to that standard.

the range of floral arrangements was spectacular in all colours shapes and sizes there wasnt really any service it was a choose your own and take it to the counter but that was fine as you didnt really need help however i felt the price was up a bit just for the mere convenience of it being in the hospital foyer
