I would totally recommend the team at Matic because one thing is for sure, they know how to keep cool before adversity! We came back from our last holiday with loads of washing to do only to find our old washing machine had died on our daughter while we were away. I panicked and quickly called Matic Service. Let's just say I wasn't particularly calm about the whole thing but the service representative did and sent a technician that had the old bomb up and running in no time. So professional!
