A fine dining restaurant with a beautiful view of the Swan River, this restaurant did not dissapoint. The food lived up to my expectations and the service was efficient and professional. Timing between courses were good too.

Upon arrival we were promptly seated and I wasn't surprised to see a lot of tables already occupied. We initially had a bit of trouble parking due to the function centre at this restaurant hosting a wedding upstairs. But parking is free in the area opposite the restaurant on Sunday so we found a spot. When we left, the carpark was again full.

We shared bread and butter ($4.5 - room temperature bread which was ok for me, but some might prefer warm bread) and a pork belly with red cabbage slaw ($24). The pork belly was moist and juicy and a generous portion. Luckily we had shared it. For mains, I had the confit duck leg that came with fig stuffed with machego cheese a duck sausage and my partner had the lamb rack with 2 croquettes. Both were about $45. We shared a bowl of fried potatoes, served with a bulb of roasted garlic ($8). For dessert, we shared the Doughnut with Frangelico cream ($18) and the doughnut ooozed toffee beautifully. The quality of food was very high and it was flavoursome and robust. The portions, unlike some fine dining places, was generous and we actually didn't need the bowl of fried potatoes.

Wine prices are north of $40 per bottle.

generally a very good dining experience. Ambiance was classy.
