Located in the Save City Shopping Centre, Maureen's Fashions is a small store crammed full of school uniforms and sportswear. For sale are uniforms for specific schools within the general area, for example Balmoral State High School, together with generic items such as black and grey school shorts. There's always a $5.00 bargain bin where you'll find named brand items, such as King Gee shorts. School socks, hats and other related wares are also sold. From time to time you'll also pick up great specials such as extra large school tunics at a price much less than that charged at the school.
