I would not recommend this medical practice - the waiting time is appalling, patient can wait from half hour (if you're lucky) up to an hour or so, then you could be told that the GP you're booked in decided not to see you. There's no forewarning for the waiting patient and lack of coordination between doctor and the reception, very unprofessional !

Doctors thorough - admin reception staff could benefit from customer service training. Sometimes very long wait time and enormous wait times for Clinpath Pathology attached.

I only went there once when I was pregnant. The female doctor was a bit rush me out. The waiting time was too long.

Wasnt impressed with the doctor I saw here a while back and will not be returning. She was quite judgmental, insensitive and gave advice that the next doctor I saw (elsewhere) disagreed with. If youre not sure, get a second opinion!

Doctors we have seen are generally running on or near time. Thorough competent care provided. I am a health professional and have very high standards, and expect those I deal with to have similar standards. In this regard I have not been disappointed, admittedly I did do some background checking of those practitioners I shortlisted for service provision. Very happy overall with service provided. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Reception staff generally let you know if doctor is running behind time. Parking can sometimes be problematic.

I have never been seen by a doctor at my alloted time slot. Wait times exceed 30 minutes and at times have been up to one hour. Appointment times are short. You feel rushed. You never get the same doctor. However, they have seen my child quickly when quite ill.

My time here was not exactly the best. I've always had to wait for about 15-30 minutes before my turn is up. That is after my appointed time. I understand there might be delays but not that long. The receptionists are friendly and they do inform patients if there is a long wait.

This doctors surgery is great. I normally have no problem getting in (some days are worse than others though). The doctors I have used so far have been great, taking their time to ensure that the problem is solved, not rushing you through so quickly that you feel like a number.
