It is located very conveniently next to the medical centre and also within the perimeters of the shopping area of mawson lakes. They have a good range of products including giftwares. There's enough staff there for quick service.

My time here was not exactly the best. I've always had to wait for about 15-30 minutes before my turn is up. That is after my appointed time. I understand there might be delays but not that long. The receptionists are friendly and they do inform patients if there is a long wait.

They have quality singaporean/ malaysian food that is cooked just as it is, not altered to match the taste of the west. Good value food. Friendly owners of the business.

They have such good fish and chips. I can never get enough of it. The batter is just perfect. Chips are awesome. Not too soft or tasteless. They have a wide range of salads too.

I do my usual banking at Banksa. This branch is the biggest one I've been to. Many counters. I haven't had any issues with them since they do their best to provide good customer service.

I usually do take-aways since the place is not designed for eating in. There are tables and chairs outside but only several. An average of 15 minutes wait. The pizza quality is fairly good. Worth the price.

Good hot chocolate, iced drinks and donuts. Quick service. Lots of chairs for waiting around. Their loyalty program is a plus too; 10 cents for every dollar spent.

Excellent yum cha. I went there three times in the last three months and still enjoyed their food. The staff there are friendly. It has a classy feel to the restaurant. The pricing is slightly higher than some of the other asian restaurants but the quality is worth it.

Their cooking was good. The dishes were not too large in size compared to the prices. Yum cha here is one of the best too. The service here is not too good when it comes to special occasions or busy days.

I went to get a hairdye and cut. My hairdresser was really friendly and she did a good job on my hair colour too. The place was small but it was comfortable and has a peaceful atmosphere.
