My son's favourite place in the world. Delicious range of products on the menu, and you can even buy things to take home and make. The hug mug is my fav! Perfect for a nice hot chocolate on a winter's night.

Approximate cost: $10

Loved this, I had the hot chocolate and the dipping melted chocolate with banana, strawberries and marshmallows, the cost was more than I thought it would be but it was YUM!

if you like chocolate and are in Brisbane there is no better place to go, if you can catch the place at a slower time the line can be long and the wait can take up such alot of time but well worth it

While they do have meals here, people go for the chocolate. And it is death by chocolate.

However the main problem is their service. They use that service philosophy that it is better to make the customer queue and then deliver the food quickly, than give them a table right away and make them wait. This is the main reason why you see people queuing here.

Better to head to one of the other chocolate places in the area.

Mmm Chocolate, mmm chocolate again.... This place should be called "chocolate dreams" because it fulfils all mine. If it can be made of chocolate, it will be sold at this place. Drinks, sweets treats. Long opening/closing times. Now the bad, Very Very long waiting times, bad seating plans that go and conflict with the que. Very overpriced for what you get. Having said all that, if you choose wisely, you will get some seriously nice quality and be pulled up by the police for being over the legal chocolate limit. It's a good place with some concessions ofcourse. The south brisbane, QLD branch is good but if you want to go to the best one, then I would suggest the sydney one, it runs rings around them all. I would recommend going again but think the following things need to be looked at: customer wait times, seating arrangements and pricing. Fix that and you have a winner place......

Saw a picture of this delectable chocolate fondue with melted chocolate, strawberries and ice cream from Max Brenner. Will have to give them a try, just for the taste of melted chocolate... anytime.

If you love everything chocolate you can not afford to walk or drive past this chocolate house. Max Brenners was very busy but well worth the wait for the chocolate fodue with strawberries, bananas, marshmallows and banana bread bits to dip into two pots of warm chocolate.

Approximate cost: $20

If you love chocolate then you'll absolutely love it here. They do chocolate everything. We had the fondue for 2, it was beautiful. Staff were great, and very patient considering most people don't know what to choose cause there is so many things that sound yummy. A bit expensive, but I guess you expect that at a chocolateria.

Approximate cost: $15.00

Ugh the lineup for Max Brenner is horrid!! But the treats that await are so good!! So many treats to take home too as we don't live in Brisbane so it's nice to savour it long after we are gone :)

Approximate cost: $16

Max Brenner is my favourite cafe ever, love all the delicious chocolate products they offer!! The line is often quite long and its really busy but well worth the wait! I visit every time I am in Brisbane. I find the staff to be welcoming and friendly and the location is good as its easy to access. My favourite item on the menu is the babka and cant resisit it every time I go there :)

Approximate cost: $10
