Shockingly awful. I am a big fan of "cupping" and had this and a massage done here for the first and last time with disastrous results. I have had it done in other places many times so I know what to expect. I really think they forgot all about me because they left the cups on so long that it was extremely painful and left me in pain so bad that I couldn't sleep on my back and even the tshirt rubbing on the bruises caused pain. I had to call out to beg for someone to remove them after so much time had passed. I will never ever go back and would absolutely warn anyone away from having cupping done here by these obviously untrained/inexperienced staff.

I had a full body massage here and felt so much better afterwards. I had to ask them to turn the music down as it was too loud and clashed with the shopping centre music. The service lacks a bit - they are very pushy and hover over you until you book in for a massage. I think they need to ask more questions before massaging customers.

A really great Acupressure Massage on the spot, no booking required (though bookings are welcome also). Prices are competitive too. The experience could go either way, depending what you're after. What i like about Max Therapy could also be a dislike. The staff don't appear to speak much english and so dialogue is limited - it's refreshing sometimes not to have idle chit-chat, but on the flip some feedback on the muscles or future treatments would be good. It's a 'clothes on' affair so saves time and concentrates on getting the job done, so relaxation is not a focus. You pay for a massage and that's what you get, and it was a great massage. The atmosphere could be improved with some music and customer service could be more personable - language barrier is an issue. But for a no fuss, in-and-out affordable massage on the spot and lots of massage combo's to choose from it does the job well.
