It's okay. We got mexican bun which is bread with a butter sweet glaze and green tea red beans bun. It's also very sweet. Cash only and the food is very inexpensive.

Love their Egg Tarts- the best, especially when they just come out of the oven. The coned shaped sponge cake are also pretty good- very light and fluffy.

Bought the pandan swiss roll with cream in the middle, did not make a mistake! The soft spongy texture of the cake was so good! The cream was not too sweet, which balanced out the cake really well.

We were along Chinatown recently on Sunday afternoon and came across this bakery with an interesting array of treats in the window.

I brought my son his favourite ... little sweet bread roll with a hot dog in it ... which he devoured quickly ... so compliments to the baker!

I brought an egg tart which was absolutely beautiful tasting, very soft and not overly sweet .. my only complaint is it was too small!

staff were smiling when i paid which is always appreciated.

Love its cakes and pastries from this Asian bakery. I wonder if it's the same as the ones in H-Kong. U can't go wrong with its egg tart ($1.90 each or u can buy 6 in a box), and I love its pineapple bun either plain or with red bean.

Some people mentioned that the rainbow Swiss rolls are lovely and it costs $11.00 for a log. I have tried its taro buns, mexican buns, red bean buns and custard buns but I personally like its pineapple buns ("polo pau")

Approximate cost: $2.00

Happened upon this asian bakery after dinner and bought some take away dessert. They happened to have a batch of custard tarts that has just come out of the oven. The pastry was rich and the custard still slightly gooey. It did however lack the creaminess of the Portuguese egg tarts. Also bought a slice of pineapple and butter cake and this was really nice. They also sell a selection of savory breads.

Approximate cost: $2-$3 per item

The asian equivalent of Brumby's or Baker's Delight. This place sells cakes, muffins, breads and other patisserie items, all available for viewing and selection in glass display cabinets. It does look a little homogenous and mass products, but the quality is reliable and price reasonable.
