Worst customer service. Rude customer service staff. Waste of money

Movies get stuck. Not so great customer service. Very expensive. Better choose alternative box.

Hi guys plz don’t spend money to buy this maxx tv.. it’s not working properly.too much buffering.. I didn’t do anything that device.suddenly it’s stop working.and they said iptv launcher delete..so it’s not working now.. and they said u need to buy a new box .with $100 pay more... don’t buy this device. Yupp tv is better and cheaper .and I talk with customer service.he talk with me very rudely..

Terrible product & customer support. After buying, they said you have to download new file then transfer file to box using pen drive which didn’t work then they send it through yahoo mail even didn’t work so stay away from this product

Bought new you tube not working. When I spoke to customer care they were very rude and denied any help. Spoke to the shop I bought from they said talk to customer service. Don’t know what to do.
