Absolute terrible and horrible experience. Heard a lot about Maxx tv from broadcasting Radio. I would say this the worst service on earth. I bought it 8 months ago by paying full price in advance, which itself is a scam. They should not ask for full payment if they dont want to oblige with quality requirements. Everytime I tried to call support and they spend 2 to 3 hours later asked me to off internet completely off.. and situation used to be same. No refund policy, no call back system, never ever buy it again or suggest it to buy. Please don't ever buy it.

One of the worst set-up box... from the time I buy it I am struggling to watch it. Excellent product and good customer service.

Terrible set to box. Never works. Customer service always blame internet. No compensation for the set top box being a problem. They later on ask you to buy a new HD Set top box. Again spend money on a new box. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all . Please don’t waste your money

Extremely bad service. Cannot watch any programme for most days. There is no customer service!!! There is no contact number . Nobody responds to online messages. They took $200 from me when my subscription was not due. Cannot reach them anymore!

Support still better than rest
Even on what’s app they help me late night as well
I’ll be sticking with them for long

After using it for 3+ years the new box was upgraded with better internet connection which effected our old setup box.
Upon request for new setup box due to upgrade I was told that I need to pay $380 + 2 year subscription for new box set as I am out of warranty and my box set is too old for the upgrade system.
I have a strong internet connection and the technician keeps asking me to connect to hotspot and back to wifi for several time.
Stay away no customer service.
I won’t be going back to them.
If that’s their service for a existing customer there are others I am sure with better customer service I can fall back on.
