I went to Malaga on Monday 6th Nov at 4.20, to purchase a 2mtr long shower hose that I had seen on your web site. I entered the store walking in thru the drive thru. A young gentleman saw me entering and walked away to the other side of the display then called out to me "yes mate" Once I had reached the counter on the other side of the display I asked him about the hose that I was looking to purchase. it was then that the older Man said. we don't have them in store. When I stated that it was on the web site. I was abruptly told " because its on the site doesn't mean that we carry it in store"
MAYBE TRY A CARAVAN SHOP!
it was then that he told the younger man to have a look in the showroom, you probably wont find anything but look anyway.
So off we go to the showroom. I find the item on the website on my phone and show the young man whist we are in the showroom, He stands along side me and does not look for anything. Just states that We dont have them here, you will have to order it online.
I ask him if he can order it for me, and get told that I have to do it myself. He cannot do it.
ok so when I go to leave I walk towards the front door of the showroom. Only to be told that its locked. you have to go out the back door. Even thought there is another employee at the showroom desk. I can see my car thru the front door. But have to walk all way around thru the drive in entry.
as per your brand Mighty Helpfull..... Mighty not..
its a good way to send people to " The other hardware store"

I can now add that Mazzegas management have stepped in and resolved the situation with a full refund plus compensation for the trouble.
Mighty helpful indeed.

We used to go there all the time because its the closest hardware store to our house but the service is awful. We have to wait a long time at the cashier and when i get there and show the mitre10 garden patch card none of the cahiers know how to give me the 10% discount. Surely the instructions can be printed and put near their computer like other instructions. I always hold up the line because they have to get a manager to put this discount through. The plants can be cheaper than bunnings sometimes and they have good discounts occassionly...especially on their fruit trees. Now we just go to Kelmscott garden centre next door or to bunnings because we are sick of the lack of quality of service

I agree about the service. I find most people there are dis - interested or arrogant. Management do not have their finger on the pulse. The range in plumbing is ridiculous and the displays are old and messy

Good hardware store to browse and see all the beautiful stuff they have for the home and garden. Staff are knowledgeable of the products. and if you want any DIY tips, the pay them a visit. Staff are friendly the minute you enter the store.

I required paint and the girl at the paint counter was very helpful in suggesting brands and quality differences between brands. She also asked another member of staff to help me take my purchases to the car

Approximate cost: $500

Wow...trying to find a salesperson is beyond a joke. Why is it everytime I go there, there is never anyone on the floor? I asked someone for help once and he said down an aisle...looked for ages and it wasn't there. I searched the store myself and found it about 10 aisles away...looks like they didn't train him properly. Another time, I stood at the trade desk for about 15 minutes while someone was on the phone and the young lady there didn't know what I wanted so couldn't help. Product knowledge or atleast some manners wouldn't go astray. On a good note...heaps of specials, loads of stock and reasonable prices.
