I purchased a stainless steel bangle, within 6 months the clasp broke. They refused to replace or fix the item as it had obviously been dropped. That may happen when the clasp breaks.

Got rings from this place. The staffs are amazing. Gave really good advice. Didn't even try to push us to buy anything.

the staff were not at all friendly or helpful. my friend and i practically had to interrupt a 'non-work related' conversation between two staff members to help us. on top of that, the lady that served us gave us the impression that we did something wrong- even though we were the customers there!

The best thing about this place is the service .. the staff are very friendly and understand the customers needs very well...the sale prices are also very good
