We used this real estate agency to sell our home. We were extremely disappointed by the service we received. They arrived late for open for inspections, lied to us during our auction campaign, bullied us to take a ridiculously low offer when our house got passed in at auction (presumably to keep their auction clearance rate stats looking good). Fortunately we had done our homework and knew what our property was worth so did not succumb to their bullying and within days received an offer for $30,000 more. Very glad we did not take their advice!!! They also charge commissions that are much higher than their competitors in the area. We would strongly discourage others from using this real estate agency. Their attitudes, poor communication and behaviour are the kind that give real estate agents a bad name.
