Always super busy there but always good friendly service. Have only had good experiences so far.

I did not really want to highlight this, considering that I always frequent this outlet every week. However, this product - Fish -o -fillet burger, is probably the worst I ever tasted from Mcdonalds. They either overcook it in the microwave, and have fried and re-fried the fish, 7 out of 10 times it will taste like cardboard, hard and sometimes you cannot even bite through it. buy anything else but the fish there.
another thing, watch their drive through servers, these teenage staff have no sense of hygiene, watch as they scratch their face or nose, then with the same bare hands hold the serving parts of the plastic spoons or straws they give you. absolutely horrendous.
wish my teens will ask to eat something else.. ;-(

Just had my daughters birthday party at this McDonalds. It was fantastic. The kids were a very loud group but it was handled well. The host was a very sweet young lady who was very attentive to both the kids and adults. She helped with everything, even offering to help take photos. There were games prepared (even pass the parcel) and the kids had a great time. I met the district manager, Mel, who manages 3 of the McDonalds restaurants and had helped with an earlier party at a different place. Mel is also very friendly, helpful and approachable. The area with the play equipment is sound proof which was a huge bonus given the nature of our group. I'd highly recommend having a party there.

I always have to do a drive through especially when taking my grand kids to the city.. We inadvertently will see the two golden arches, and I have no choice but to make a drive through
Been there all times of the day, early mornings, late mornings, afternoons, evenings, peak, off peak..
Preparation of food is sometimes slipshod..
Burgers and patties can sometimes be apart, I have missed the occasional fries, hash brown, sauces, which are sometimes the most important things my grandkids are looking forward to.
Orange juice is sometimes so diluted..
It's almost a gamble sometimes, but it is just so convenient..
O well.. Fast food..
