I go to this Maccas once a fortnight after my local youth group and although the staff are always friendly and have great customer service the speed of service and the cleanliness of the are not the best. In normally takes ages for the food to be ready (at 11pm at night busyness is not an excuse we are normally one out of the 2 or 3 groups there) and about half of the tables are not cleared/clean. It's not the worst Maccas expereince, I still go there once a fornight, but they could pick up their game a bit (they earn about $150 from my group alone they wouldn't want to lose us to another maccas...)

Most disgusting McDonalds I have ever been to. Tables covered with rubbish, floor looks like it had not been cleaned it weeks, staff who basically think that they are there to have fun rather than to work for a wage. Even though not busy when I visited no staff were even bothering to clean the dining room or wipe over the tables. The bins were overflowing.
It took forever to get served and then even longer just to get a sundae. Their McCafe section is just as bad - they are slow even when not busy and have had to re-make the coffee because they didn't heat the milk up properly.

They place too much focus on the drive thru forgetting there are other paying customers in the actual restaurant. I will never make the mistake in going there again.
