We go to baskins about once a month and we are always greeted with a smile! As I am alergic to chocolate I have to have the scoop cleaned before use (so I don't get any chocolate at all) and some places can get quite annoyed at this but these guys are always happy to help out in whatever way they can! Great ice-cream and great service

We were feeling like curry so we went down to Miss india and it was pretty good. It was better than most 'take away' Indian place that I have been to and if we ever get the craving for Indian food again we will sure be there (and I would recomend it to anyone!)

I go to this Maccas once a fortnight after my local youth group and although the staff are always friendly and have great customer service the speed of service and the cleanliness of the are not the best. In normally takes ages for the food to be ready (at 11pm at night busyness is not an excuse we are normally one out of the 2 or 3 groups there) and about half of the tables are not cleared/clean. It's not the worst Maccas expereince, I still go there once a fornight, but they could pick up their game a bit (they earn about $150 from my group alone they wouldn't want to lose us to another maccas...)

I went in with a voucher for 3 haircuts from Groupon. I was quite happy with the coupon value but I would not pay their normal prices as I believe they are far too expensive.
I arrived perfectly on time but they were running late, (fair enough, that doesn't really bother me) so I sat down to get my hair cut nearly 40mins late. I was quite happy with how my hair turned out but was not happy with the service. I was not told my hairdressers name until she was writing on my card at the end of the appointment. She did not hold any conversation with me and at one stage one of the employees (possibly the manager) started a massive yelling match with another employee out on the floor. It was very obvious and disturbed the atmoshpere of the room. I believe if you are going to talk negatively to another employee you do it respectfully and not in front of customers.
I will be going back to fulfill my voucher but I would not recomend it and will not be going again once my offer runs out.

I always look forward to eating at Pancake Manor whenever I am in the city for lunch. It has really great prices (even has discounts for students). I love the atmoshpere and would recomend it to anyone!

We have a bit of a tradition to go to Sing Sing for my brithday but that is the only time we go. The food was great value (we took doggy bags home for our next meal) and the atmosphere is okay but not something to get too excited about. The staff were great though, really happy and energetic, even when they were struggling a bit.

I went to the Lab Bar for my 18th and it was an amazing experience! I don't think I have ever had such polite wait staff and the food and the setting was really great (and just a little bit fancy). The cost was a bit high but for that style/classs of restaurant it was expected (we came prepared).
