I visited mid week around 7.30pm. The condiment bar was almost empty; the toilets were filthy; the floor/seating was grubby; garbage's were overflowing; the staff were walking around, talking, & appearing not to care. 1 blonde, female manager was speaking/yelling quite nastily to a young worker who was almost in tears! The food was average but had to wait almost 15mins for our order to be completed. Will go elsewhere in future!

I cannot fault the ladies that work here. It is a pity that customers have to run the gauntlet of the Chemist & its Manager to get into the shop! They are friendly. Greet you with a smile, even on closing each Friday! Are willing to go that extra mile to deliver a top notch service. Well done Girls!

The manager of this shop is VERY rude! Yes, I had work boots on, but they were not dirty/muddy as I clean them every day after work & this was 9am. Her words: "I hope your boots are clean!" I have spoken to a few others that live near the shop & they too have had her acid tongue pointed in their direction. An elderly lady asked 1 of the staff to open a child-proof bottle for her when this person stuck her nose in & said that they were not there to cater to the whims of the aged! A young fellow went in & asked for 'cold/flu' medication. He was told to suck it up & get over it. I am surprised that they are still in business! I will NEVER step foot in there again!

Peter is very obliging. He listens to what you say/need & may suggest a minor change or 2. But the end result is FANTASTIC. He works consistently. He cleans up after himself. No job is too small. If he tells you he is going to start on a particular day/time, he is there. I cannot fault his craftsmanship in any way. I will most definitely highly recommend him to anyone that needs this type of work completed. I have several jobs lined up for him to complete as money permits! LOL

I have found the staff very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. My 5 dogs & 3 cats have taken a dislike to 1 of the male vets so I try to book in for a day he isn't there. When we had 2 x litters of pups we had a nurse & vet for 3hrs for vac, chip, & general health checks. I have been using their service from the time they opened for business in Cessnock (20yrs) & wouldn't use anyone else. They can be a bit expensive but everything to do with animals are these days.

The Ladies that work in this shop are at the top of their profession. They are willing to go out of their way to help. They know their products. The Service was exceptional! Thanx Girls, I'll be back.
