Went to Chelsea Heights maccas today with grandchildren. Ordered banana bread asked that it not be toasted. Ordered hot drink, chips and banana bread. Asked that drink to be made extra hot. Went to coffee counter to collect order and felt banana bread extra hot. Said to the older woman behind the counter I requested the banana bread not be toasted. She snatched the bag and tossed it with force in the rubbish. I have dealt with her before , very aggressive, rude and definitely no customer service skills. Refused to make drink hotter than luke warm. Chips were just warm and dried up. Don’t waste your time and money going there

Awful store had several issues,. Last time I went my burger was so cold the cheese didn't melt and the time before that I was parked for a wait on chips but when I got my meal Chios were cold

McDonalds Chelsea Heights has a lot to be desired! I purchased a family value pack via the drive thru and after waiting 12 minutes for the food, we drove home to find that the pack was missing both Big Macs! We live to far away to go back and complain, when you purchase in the drive thru, you do expect that the order has been checked and it's correct. If visiting this store, check your order before you leave, it's not the first time this has happened to us at this store!

Having lived in most states in Australia and eaten a lot of McDonalds over the years, I'm sorry to say that Chelsea Heights is one of the worst. Service has improved slightly over the last few months, however the product has not, hastily thrown together burger, half full drinks and if you don't check your order before you leave missing burgers. Not to mention the cost and how they always hide away their budget menu so the public can't see it. One thing I do find rather alarming is that this is a family restaurant and at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon they have on Max TV (usually rated at least PG or M) on with scantily clad singers in front of young children eating their happy meals.

Mcdonalds Chelsea heights is in a very good position, there is many other fast food business's surrounding it. The staff are friendly but are very busy and 'rushed' the food is good but not always hot.

Good customer service, Slightly slower then perfect waiting times, however the good price and good food cancels this waiting out. Good fast food option.

The only McDonald's I've ever been to that has included the kind of customer service where I can have a chat with the drive thru operator who knows me by name. Excellent customised food and definitely the fastest around!

Its a good restaurant but i think the food could be better prepared but overall it a great place to feed the family a quick and easy meal.
