Our experience was as one would expect of McDonalds - reasonable service, fast. Staff talked amongst themselves loudly, which was a bit annoying. A customer was yelling at them about not cleaning the trays properly. One toilet seat was missing and the toilets were only reasonably clean. Tables and playground and floor were all clean and bins weren't overflowing. There were newspapers and magazines to read and plenty of straws, napkins etc.

Much better than previous experience - the new owners have done a great job! The manager on the day was very pleasant and helpful, the play area was much cleaner and the lady in the coffee area couldn't do enough to help.

arrived after a long drive ordered breakfast and coffee then to be told sorry we are out of hotcakes and also there is no sugar when i asked if there were any out back was informed im busy and dont have time to look and besides its not my problem you dont need sugar anyway
