We usually go here for the kids after school play afternoon tea. Usually its pretty fast and accurate with orders. The last couple of times u have been through the drive through peoples orders have been wrong. Today we went in to eat and there was only one poor guy serveing the afterschool crowd. Which was huge. More staff needed. More accuracy and smiles would be great :)

Now I know that it's ONLY McDonalds, but honestly, the Kallangur location on Anzac Avenue is a good one and we particularly enjoy the McMuffins once a week on the way to school. Recently however, I entered the Drive Thru and was waiting at the second speaker when I heard a voice say "Place your order please". Thinking it was for the car in front, I just sat there. The speaker I was at had "Next Speaker Please" showing on the monitor. After a couple of more attempts to get my attention, I realised that the girl was talking to me and boy did she give me attitude. Not only that, but she mixed up our order big time. My medium McChicken meal came with mayo, which I didn't want, the Fanta turned into a Coke and the two large McChicken BLTs became tiny small dry McChickens a la Happy Meal size with a half piece of bacon, a slither of tomato and lettuce sticking out everywhere. And it wasn't even busy. I am all for giving the Teens a chance, but this outlet has declined quite a bit over the last few months in terms of service, food quality and cleanliness. Bring back the older lady who used to man the Drive Thru please.

This is a pretty average maccas.. Im always asked to park and wait, fries are never really full, burgers are sloppy and havent really been put together well.. Staff are always very friendly though. Eftpos through window.. Seem to have issues quite often with thick shakes and ice creams.
