Walked into the restaurant at about 2 pm last Tuesday with my husband, nephew, and niece. There were only around 4 tables occupied by customers but it was impossible to find a clear or clean table to sit at inside. The scraps, rubbish, and food on the tables and floor areas were astounding.

There were 10 people waiting to be served at one register with 3 young staff having a laugh when I walked up to the lady wearing the headphones.

I asked if she was the manager, she said yes so I said how appalling the state of her restaurant was. she apologized... and then we left to eat elsewhere.

Needs a cleaner - Your restaurant was filthy.

It's a great little restaurant and I found it clean and inviting. I have had some bad experiences with them in the past, but they seem to understand now that customers won't put up with slow service and untidy conditions in the dining area. I found the food good, but a little hotter would have been good.

I've only ever used the drive thru service here but always found it fast & the food has been freshly prepared. They listen to your order as well if it varies from the menu a little which is what really matters.

Wow complete opposite to the other reviewer, I've never had to wait at this McDonalds before! Always quick. As for the taste, well.. it's Mc Donalds - it tastes the same everywhere!

You expect more from Mcdonalds but at North Lakes - they are very, very , very slow ! I do not look forward to going and only do when I have the kids with me - would rather go to the other North Lakes Mcdonalds on Anzac Ave. The staff stuff up the order every single time and I am also waiting with a trolley load of impatient kids for the food. - avoid if at all possible
