I went up to the counter to order only to find that half-way through my order the girl told me she was going to lunch, and closed the register! I then had to line-up again and wait for half my order, which was cold by the time I got to order the rest! The burger given wasn't what was ordered and they told me I had to pay for the one I originally asked for and would not exchange it, even though it was the counter attendants mistake and was recorded on the docket! After asking to speak to the manager I was told he was not onsite and would not be back soon, the person attending then gave me a piece of paper in which to write my complaint and my details which I did. Only to get into my mate's car and spot him scrunch it up and put it in the bin!! I had to pay an extra $6.00 and they made it wrong again anyway, my mate had HAIR in his burger which put us off lunch alltogether. NOT HAPPY, SHAME ON YOU HOW ARE YOU IN BUSINESS IS ANYONES GUESS!!!!!

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. Firstly, my car over-heated in the drive thru as it was a hot day and there were a lot of people waiting in the line and the staff were not sending people into any waiting bays. Secondly, They didn't give us our whole order. When we went back in to get our large fries that they had forgotten, and we complained about the terrible service, they gave us a half-full large chips, which tasted like they had been cooked in oil that was days old. I'll never go there again.
