I, like most north rocky people; went to try the new KFC, in the Stocklands Shopping Center at the eatery. It was really busy, but the staff were just as courteous. I had an Original Burger Combo, with an upgrade. I had to wait 5 minutes for the burger, but other than that it was alright. It was a bit crowded, but my burger was worth the wait and better than the other KFC joints in Rocky.

Everyone Knows they sell healthy and nutritious subs, but I bet you didn't know that their customer service is just as good!! After choosing the subs salads my daughter decided to change the cheese, the wonderful man promptly got a fresh roll and made it again just for her! I offered to pay for the other sub, he declined- saying it was part of the customer service! Others have told me of their experiences here and all have raved about how great they are. A very clean and tidy venue, with a eat-in area; perfect for those late clubbing nights for a snack too!!A big thank-you to the staff and the owners,you made my daughter's day and put a huge smile on all our faces:)!!

I have just had THE best fish sub in all of Rockhampton!! The salad was fresh and I even got a choice of sauce. The attendants were friendly and very fast and my sub was made to order. LOVE the Seaside theme!!! Incredible value for money for a tasty and very filling fast-food treat.

I went up to the counter to order only to find that half-way through my order the girl told me she was going to lunch, and closed the register! I then had to line-up again and wait for half my order, which was cold by the time I got to order the rest! The burger given wasn't what was ordered and they told me I had to pay for the one I originally asked for and would not exchange it, even though it was the counter attendants mistake and was recorded on the docket! After asking to speak to the manager I was told he was not onsite and would not be back soon, the person attending then gave me a piece of paper in which to write my complaint and my details which I did. Only to get into my mate's car and spot him scrunch it up and put it in the bin!! I had to pay an extra $6.00 and they made it wrong again anyway, my mate had HAIR in his burger which put us off lunch alltogether. NOT HAPPY, SHAME ON YOU HOW ARE YOU IN BUSINESS IS ANYONES GUESS!!!!!

Absolutely great!!! The style has a relaxed, friendly how-you-going-mate feel. There are numerous facilities including 2 bars, a gaming room, Bistro, accommodation, bottle-shop and a sports betting facility. The owners are hands-on and very friendly. It is a family run and owned business WITH A FOCUS ON GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The rooms are of a 3 star quality with that touch-of -home feel. The locals of the hotel are very loyal and friendly, keen to point out sights and give directions to any tourists.The meals are done to perfection, and are very reasonably priced. I can reccommend the steaks, made to order and done to perfection!! You can also get a cold beer or any other beverage. The hotel is just a short walk away from the beachfront and skip away from the two main shopping centres and other night spots. It is well worth a visit and would reccommend it as a value for money experience!!!!

I ordered 3x large pizzas, 2x garlic bread, and 2x 1.25 liter soft-drink all up cost me about $47.00. The Pizzas were Supreme, Meat-Lovers and Chicken and Bacon. The Person took my order and they actually delivered what I ordered on time, fresh and hot!! The drinks were nice and cold too!! I actually hadn't tried them in a while and found the driver courteous and friendly, able to give the correct change. The pizzas were fabulous, with heaps of toppings, I also found there are gourmet pizzas as well as value-for-money meal deals that don't break the bank!!! Congrats to all the staff!! WELL DONE GUYS!!!

I ordered a mocha-chino, a frappe, and a late. All were served at the right temperature, and very decoratively topped, made perfectly. The staff were extremely customer focused, and were quick with our order. I would love to learn how to do those fancy designs myself! The overall atmosphere is relaxed, trendy and modern. A great place to meet for coffee and light meals.The facilities are new and modern.
